Before placing your order, please make sure that you only order products that you are very likely to want to keep, as each product is made especially for you. If you are not satisfied with your item, please return it to the original address. I can then either adjust the item to your wishes or request a refund. As a refund, you will receive a VOUCHER from my online shop. In this case, the shop does not cover the return shipping costs. You have 14 days to cancel your order. You must do so by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision and stating the reason for cancelling this contract. In this case, the items MUST BE UNWORN. To avoid confusion, please notify me immediately after receiving the order. You can use the attached model cancellation form for this purpose, although this is not mandatory.



Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The necklaces, bracelets, and belly chains from the CHAKRA COLLECTION are non-returnable. The service for the CREATIVE EVENT is non-refundable. In case of illness or other impediments, the appointment may be postponed; there is no refund of the deposit. The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of non-prefabricated goods whose production is based on an individual selection or specification by the consumer, or which are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs.
